Where can I get/add my registration code?

For PC users:

1. Login to your online Member Profile account
2. Check the 'My Licenses ' section on the right hand side of this page
3. Click on the product link (indicated in Blue) to open the drop-down box and to see download and installation instructions.
4. Click on the 'Request a new regcode' link. This should open a pop-up window that will ask you to 'Save' or 'Open' your regcode. Choose 'Open' and allow this regcode to be written in your PC registry.
   
   If you do not see this pop-up windows, please try to hold the 'CTRL' key down while clicking on the regcode link. If this still doesn't help, please configure your webbrowser to allow pop-up windows. Check your webbrowser's help for more information on how to do this.
   
   

For MAC users (new programs)

1. Login to your online Member Profile account
2. Check the 'My Licenses ' section on the right hand side of this page
3. Click on the product link (indicated in Blue) to open the drop-down box and to see download and installation instructions.
4. Click on the 'Request a new regcode' link. This should open a pop-up window that will ask you to 'Save' or 'Open' your regcode. Choose 'Save' and tell it to put the file into the folder Library/Preferences/Image-Line in your user folder.
   For example, if your user in MacOS X is called "Steve", then save the file here: /Users/Steve/Library/Preferences/Image-Line
   Make sure the file is called "FLRegkey.reg".
   
   
   

For MAC users (old programs)

1. Login to your online Member Profile account
2. Check the 'My Licenses ' section on the right hand side of this page
3. Click on the product link (indicated in Blue) to open the drop-down box and to see download and installation instructions.
4. Follow the registration instructions after "Mac users :"
5. Click the link "Click here for your serial number." to see all your OSX registration serial number(s).
6. Copy/paste your MAC serial number in your software:
   
   - click on the name/logo of the plugin (for example, the text ToxicIIII in Toxic Biohazard), or the "?" button (in Sawer) to open the about page
   - enter the serial number in the serial number edit box
   - click the button to complete the registration
   

ALSO IMPORTANT is to realize is that not always ALL plugins are unlocked with the version you have ordered.
