To login to the Image-Line website, use the email address you specified in your member profile and the password you choose during the account activation.
If you have lost your password, you can automatically retrieve it here by entering your email address and hitting the 'Recover password' link.
Your password will be automatically be sent to your email address.
Please check this 'How to verify my email address' article, to understand the importance of having a valid & verified email address.
Everything is different?: Long-time, returning customers, will noticed our site has changed dramatically. Previously the login system used your FL Studio Username (e.g. JohnSmith247938) & Password. Although the FL Studio User name is still used to activate your software, we now allow login to our site using your email address (much easier to remember).
