Image-Line is based in Belgium, Europe and sells software globally, across all time-zones. Due to the enormous number of people trying the demo versions of our software (over 30,000 people install FL Studio every day) it's impossible for us to support demo users without affecting the quality of the support we give to customers on our Technical Support WindowsTechnical Support macOS ticketing system and account support ticketing.

When are you guys open for business?

From Monday to Friday (orders and support requests)

- Online orders: Processed continuously 24 hours a day x 365 days a year
- Support involving staff: During business hours (from 9 AM to 5 PM Central European Time)
 
Weekends & Holidays (orders only)
- Online orders: Processed continuously 24 hours a day x 365 days a year
- Support involving staff: Once a day (Around midday, Central European Time)
