You forgot your password but your email address is still active
Your sign-in email address is the email address you used to purchase or register your Image-Line software. If you have not ordered or purchased any Image-Line software, please consider purchasing your own license from our online shop

If you've lost your password and no longer have access to the associated email address on your Image-Line account, you must do the following:
1. Create a new Image-Line account
2. Submit a private Support Ticket
3. In the support ticket you must provide details including your original registration/order information, this includes:
- Old email address.
- Old postal address.
- Name used in the original order.
- Your order ID number (if available).
We will use the provided information to locate your original account. Following confirmation of the provided information we will merge the previous account with your newly created Image-Line account.
