1. Shop - Go to our web shop (existing customers please sign in first)

2. Choose your certificate value or FL Studio Edition - Add the gift certificate of your choice to your shopping basket (if needed, scroll down to see them listed). We have 2 different gift certificates types available:

FL Studio edition - Gift Certificate
You buy a specific FL Studio edition: Fruity, Producer, Signature. The gift receiver can activate the specific FL Studio program mentioned on the certificate using the serial number.

A. Shop:
Select your FL Studio Edition of choice in the web shop, and click the "Buy as giftcard" link.
Attention: if you need to re-start a payment, make sure to start a brand new order for that payment in the general screen.


 

B. Shop on mobile devices:
Select your FL Studio Edition of choice in the web shop, and click the checkbox "Buy as Gift Voucher" before adding the product to your cart.

General Gift Certificate
You buy a credit of $99 USD, $199 USD or $299 USD giving the receiver IL Virtual Cash. Each of these certificates will allow the recipient to activate products up to the total value of his certificate. Eg. the $199 USD gift certificate will allow the recipient to buy FL Studio Producer edition or any combination of products with a total value of up to $199 USD

3. Check-out - Click either the 'cart' link in the bar on top or the 'continue' button in the page.

4. Complete your order info  - Fill out all relevant order information & proceed to the payment section

5. Your account info - Make note of your Image-Line account sign in information.

Once your order has been placed & the payment made, we'll process the order. You will be able to follow-up the order process status online in the order ticket, after sign in to your account available in the tickets tab.

How to make a Gift Certificate?

Print out the voucher
After processing of your order, we'll assign you a 20-digit gift certificate code. We also create a web page with a printable image for your gift certificate. Give the gift certificate number (see example below) to your lucky recipient! :)

Forward by email
You rather like to forward your gift as an email message? Our servers provide you with 2 different email messages after your purchase.
The first includes your purchase details and order confirmation. The second is a message with only the gift certificate number, and activation instructions for that number. You can forward this email directly to your lucky recipient! :)

How to use a Gift Certificate (instructions for the recipient):

1. Sign in - If you already have an Image-Line account sign in to your account first. If you don't have an account go straight to step 2. 

2. Enter your 20 digit gift code - Do this on the  serial code registration page. 

3. Activation - This will:
A. FL Studio gift voucher:  add the FL Studio Edition to your Image-Line account. You are now ready to install and register FL Studio.
B. IL Virtual Cash gift voucher:  add the certificate gift value as IL Virtual Cash to your Image-Line account.

4. Buy stuff! (IL Virtual Cash gift only)
- Important! Set the shop currency to US Dollar. At the top right of the page, select USD.
- Go to the Image-Line web shop and choose the products you want, to the value of your certificate. Ignore any tax indicated, indicated tax is dropped automatically at payment with IL Virtual Cash. Tax is already paid on the voucher itself, and no additional tax will be charged on the IL Virtual Cash payment.

5. Checkout (IL Virtual Cash gift only) - At the checkout page, choose the IL Virtual Cash  as the payment option, done! 

NOTE: The 20-digit gift certificate number can only be activated once!
