No, FL Studio Mobile requires iOS 8.0 or later, the highest supported iOS on iPad (1st generation) is 5.1.1

You will need an iPad 2 or higher to use FL Studio Mobile 3. However we would recommend a 3rd generation or later.

Older iPads give less performance to the App. The iPad Air is, for example, about 4x faster than an iPad 1. So features (e.g. the synths) that use a lot of CPU power

can cause stuttering and other glitches.

Avoid using MiniSynth, reduce the number of FX in use and stick to sample instruments to keep the COU load down.
