If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot your password? link. The link is also on the sign-in page. Enter the email used on your account and you will be sent a 'Change Password' link. NOTE: The sign-in page also has an option to send the link to your alternative email if one is already assigned to your account. 
If you've lost access to the email you used on your account, before we can give you access to an account, we must positively identify you as the original owner. Please understand this process is for your own security, we can't let people into an account unless we are sure they are the original owner:


Provide as much of the following information as you can:


  1. Your full name (First & Family). 
  2. Photo of your ID (Drivers license, Passport, Student card etc. - Attach a photo). 
  3. Order ID or a copy of your Order email.
  4. Last 4 digits of the Card used for purchase.
  5. Full street address (at the time of purchase or registration).
  6. 20-digit product redemption code (applies only to Box and 3rd-party retailer purchases).
  7. Date of purchase (or approximate date).
  8. Email address used when you purchased or registered 
  9. FL Studio forum username
  10. First FL Studio Edition purchased (Fruity, Producer, Signature, All Plugins) and type of purchase (Direct. Box or 3rd-party).

We will use the provided information to locate your original account. Following confirmation of the provided information we will merge the previous account with your newly created Image-Line account.
