So for the first Time on my Macbook, I have updated FLStudio the v20.5. I updated my registration key, but when I refreshed flstudio all my project files are gone? Any ideas how I can recover them?

I am hearing terrible feedback playing old projects after installing FLStudio 20. This never happened during previous installs. What could I have done wrong? I am returning after a while. My last version was FL Studo 12! ...
