FLStudio 12.1.3 crashes if VST installation path is set to non-existent directory.

FLStudio did create directory for itself ...
FL 11 and it may have worked fine in FL 12.1.1 (can't remember on that for certain though) but it didn't work in 12.1.2 and now doesn't in 12.1.3
