I installed FL 11.1 and after I scanned the VST's and selected them, the VST3's open. After I close and reopen FL, it doesn't reopen, stating installing errors... Help? ...
Adding VST3 plugins after 12.3 update fails in projects originally started in FL 12.2 that have VST3 plugins already loaded.

This is solved by re-saving the project under 12.3 then re-opening project. ...
