FL Studio 12 to FL 12.1.3 and I'm having issues getting Waves plugins to load the correct plugin setting in projects created in FL 12.

I have other 32/64 bit plugin combinations where the plugin files have a slightly different names (e.g. a suffix 32.dll/64.dll) and they work fine.
