FL / unplugging the interface (Focusrite 2i4) has no effect.
Restarting the computer fixed the issue (although midi still doesn't work on port 0). Might be an external component that misbehaved.
Computer is iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017) on macOS ...
