FLStudio cant track and sync audiofiles even if they are rendered from within the FL project itself.
Look at how pro tools, logic and live handles recorded audio with tempo, which makes much more sense. FL goes totally out of sync ...
FL 10 on another computer into my version of FL 11 any audio recorded on the project seems to be at a different tempo to the rest of the project.
I cant seem to get it all back in sync ...
