laptop, iv since been given a new laptop and im trying to log into FLstudio i reset my password but it wont let me login so i dont just have the demo version. can i still unlock it?

Broke my previous laptop that had FLstudio 9 producer edition.
Got a new laptop and downloaded the FLstudio trial.
I have gone thru what the video tutorial shows.
