FLStudio and re-scanned my plugins. After the scan was complete I got the following messages (see the picture below):
WaveShell1-VST3 10.0 error
WaveShell1-VST3 10.0_x64 [64bit] error
I turned off my computer and re-ran the scan ...
FL update (using FLS 12.3 currently .. and Wavestation v1.7.0) OR since I went to Win 10 Pro 64bit.

The thing is, this does not always happen!
Sometimes I can open those projects I show in the video ...
