version 20.6.1 the FLEX plugin complains about missing packs after each start of FL Studio.
Every time I'll start FL studio I need to download all (licenced) packs. :-(

This also happened to me before on my other SSD/Windows. I figured it was a temporary server issue on FLEX's end, but it still does the same.
Download speed starts at 4MB/s through ~40-50% of the pack ...
