FLStudio 20.1.1 on MacOS I get a question mark instead of (A) or (I) in the Channel rack. Also, the target mixer track is not greyed out (and thus it is unlinked), whereas the instrument track is.

FL. The problem is, the implementation favors a linear workflow because the playlist track header must become associated in order for a link between the channel rack and mixer to occur.
