record the instrument samples directly to use in FLStudio 12. I'm aware I can't simply transfer the sounds from Keyboard to FLStudio, so would anyone be able to advise the best way to record samples?

FLstudio as a precursor. So I had my synthesizer set up and recorded some audio from it but noticed a very noticeable pop/click sound on note changes within the sample as seen in Edison below.
