FLStudio becomes non-responsive and I have to alt-tab to another application, then select the apple menu to force quit FLStudio.

fl producer edition, for Mac purchased online. The files I was using to remix with are no longer being read by FL and wont load as they are supposed to.
I've re downloaded FL but that hasn't helped ...
