Open Ableton (10.1 )
Load FL Studio VSTi ( v.20.5 ( Build 615 ) plugin - 64bit
initially works with default plugs 3XOSC
Load a different plugin in FL Studio ( Like FLEX ) then Midi becomes disabled ...
