FL Studio Groove to control FL Studio
This currently isn't possible. MIDI Input was added to Groove Machine Mobile / FL Studio Groove from version 1.2. Once MIDI Output is added this may be possible.

forum FL Studio Groove - Version 1.2 onwards supports MIDI. Groove Machine Mobile - Version 1.3.3 onwards supports MIDI.
In FL Studio Groove, your controller is recognized by Windows then FL Studio Groove will be able to use it.
