So for the first Time on my Macbook, I have updated FL Studio the v20.5. I updated my registration key, but when I refreshed fl studio all my project files are gone? Any ideas how I can recover them?

forum Updated to the latest version of FL 12 and now my 'projects' folder is empty.
All my samples, loops, vsts, presets are still there. But not the projects.
I've searched all folders and cant find them...
Help is MUCH appreciated!!! ...
