downloaded presets don't show version

vst X load X harmor X harmor. X Clear ALL X

Downloaded presets don't show in VST version of Harmor.
FL Studio, they show up under "Downloaded" category but when I open Harmor in another host (VstHost, Reaper), then those presets don't show up. Any idea how to fix this? Also, I can't find the standalone ...
