FLStudio doesn't decompress the wave files when you first install the program?

expected. Yet, the plugin pitch does not change.
For example the pitch changes in FL Slayer, but it does not change in Slayer 2.
It works with Dimension Pro 64, but it does not work with MiniMogue VA.
And so on... ...
