When I delete audio files in bulk from a project, FL crashes and shows an error message. Leaving me to delete files one by one and slowly other wise it crashes again ...

Simply move Mixer track 2 to track 3. Patcher placed on master has still the routing from track 2 thus you cannot hear track 1 anymore.
