still hear the reverb effects that I apply, but I do not hear the actual sound. I am not sure if this is a problem with Kontakt or FLStudio. I need to solve this fast.

fl but not on the audio or it will work but just half way in it. The plugin is the dblue Stretch 1.1 and even when it doesn't work on fl all I have to do is wobble the trigger ...
