FL 12, it shows shows a CPU usage of around 19% but the CPU usage displayed on my task manager shows nearly 80%. This results in extremely laggy performance inside of flstudio essentially making doing anything futile....

resolutions and all the rest of the GPU settings and ive had no luck changing their size at all.
All of the Native FL vsts are fine its just my native instruments vsts that have shrunk.
Any help would be awesome.
