Here's a test project.

Simply move Mixer track 2 to track 3. Patcher placed on master has still the routing from track 2 thus you cannot hear track 1 anymore.

when I re-open the project, no matter whether there are many or few or no plugins inside the Patcher instance.
(FL 11.1, Windows 7 64-bit, using FLFL with the normal shortcut and not the "compatible memory" one) ...
