fl studio 11 and I have just downloading fl studio 20, since I have done this I am unable to export projects to mp3 from fl studio 11, it says MP3 encoding error? How can I fix this problem?

The error I am getting in FL 11 is "Cannot open MP3 encoding stream" it happens on multiple projects, so it does not appear to be a 3rd party ...
forum internally in FL when exporting an mp3. I read somewhere LAME accepts 32 bit float files for coding.
Is the mp3 made from the 32 bit float, or is any conversion to 24/16 happening before the mp3 is coded??
