FL Studio Groove to control FL Studio
This currently isn't possible. MIDI Input was added to Groove Machine Mobile / FL Studio Groove from version 1.2. Once MIDI Output is added this may be possible.

In FL Studio Groove, your controller is recognized by Windows then FL Studio Groove will be able to use it.
