FL Studio 20.7.
I just upgraded to 20.7 to see if it would remedy the situation, and it did not help.
The error persists across 64 bit and 32 bit versions.

forum this can be fixed by changing the fst files in FL StudioDataPatchesPlugin databaseGenerators<Type> to the Default Preset, however this is still a lengthy process.
Can this issue please be fixed?
