Is it possible that FLStudio 12 is not compatible with Windows 10 (API's) yet? Are there other Windows 10 users who are able to drag audio files into the Playlist?

As the the subject suggests, I am unable to drag and drop Mp3s, Wavs, etc from Windows File Explorer into the Step Sequencer. FYI the "run as admin" box is NOT checked.
