Fl Studio project says its corrupted and can't be opened - diagnostic tool can't fix the project

after trying to fix and the project using the diagnostic tool then comes up with a box saying this : Project file was not fixed (header and file empty)I also don't have a backup folder in Fl Studio 20 ...
