FL Studio being the only program open and 6 GB of RAM free and 70% free of my 3.1 GHz CPU.

forum turned on (1st screenshot), project PPQ is set to 24 and I use fl studio version 20.6 [build 1458]. Can you guys fix it in next release of FL? I will manage for now but it's slightly annoying :P .
