I've noticed that my default vst presets aren't loading such as those that come with any Fruity vst. Is there something I can try to do to fix this?

forum FL 20.6, 20.7 hasnt fixed this either. im lost. i have already reinstalled it a total of 10 times. and its still doing this. also its not extracting bassdrum3.kik file either during all of the installs. posting a video in the comments ...
