Fl Studio 20 is not categorising plugins and presets.
When i open the mixer presets or the channel racks it is still showing the same plugins and presets in both of them.
I have attached two pictures.

forum when you load a preset and make a small tweak the tweaked preset is retained. If you select a preset without a tweak the plugin reverts back to the default.
