How do Vsts transmit this information? Does it have to be hard coded from a programming language or is there a standard text type file that is embeded into a Vst?

ever called by FL. Is FL supposed to call these methods and use the information retrieved to name notes in the Piano Roll? If not, can you share any hints as if it is possible at all?
