FLStudio 12.3 and upward it makes FLStudio crash immediately.
Said plugin when loaded as part of a song and if it is not set to be visible (to view the GUI of the plugin), it does not crash ...

FLStudio Version: 12.2 [64-Bit]
All VSTs: 64-Bit versions are used.
