FLStudio's plugin manager is not up to date with the latest versions of the SDK.
This was taken from the page "VST 3 Locations / Format" in the SDK documentation:

I checked with Hexachords, and the said no issues with installing with FLStudio on their end. Has anyone run into this problem?

FLStudio. The rest are not. All until the latest update, these plugins would work. Wouldn't be here if I didn't like the Reverb plugins that much. They work in all other hosts I've tried. Also, projects ...
