Thought it was a bug with the WaveShell at first but Auto-tune EFX 3 (which is only offered in VST3 format) also reverts back to its default state when re-opening a project.

If we change settings of FabFilter VST3 Plugins in "Bypass" mode, these settings are not recalled correctly after saving and reloading a project.
I'm on Win10 last build and FL 20.5.1 build 1188 :wink: ...
