vst X sound X bit X different X Clear ALL X

64 & 32 bit Sound issue with different vst's.
FL Studio 64 bit......Now the problem goes into reverse mode - Z3TA-2 64bit VST works but Sylenth has no sound while adjusting any parameters, I also try opening FL Studio compatible memory and again only 1 of the vst's work ...
