when X open X or X for X been X Clear ALL X

Been working on song for 2 months, now it crashes when I open it
FL Studio 10 producer edition keeps crashing on start up. Last thing I remember trying to do was disable a plugin in mixer, then it crashed now it's the same thing every time... please help ...
