FL Studio's plugin manager is not up to date with the latest versions of the SDK.

Upgrade to Windows 8.1 and reinstall of FL fixed the problem. ...

They are loading in (FL 64bit) but wont load within (FL 32bit) and they are all 32bit plugins.
