Our servers are used by thousands of customers and except for the occasional glitch, they are usually up and running.
In case a download from our servers does not appear to be working, please check the following:
- Did you follow all download instructions step-by-step (starting from the very beginning to the very end)?
- Are you sure you haven't made a typo (eg. when entering your login email address/password)?
- Clear your web browser cache files (check your webbrowsers help files for more info on this topic), and try to re-download.
- If possible, can you try to use another webbrowser (like FireFox, Internet Explorer), ...
- Please check your webbrowser security settings. They might be too restrictive. You can always, temporarily, put them a less restrictive for this download.
If all this doesn't work, please create a support ticket and provide us with *detailed* information of what is going wrong. This support ticket can contain private & confident information as it will only be viewable by you and our admin staff.
