Allow our system a maximum of 30 minutes to get a payment processed. Refresh your browser often (F5 key on your keyboard). If after half an hour your payment is still 'unpaid', please retry the order.

When you try to order from our webshop, an order ticket is automatically created. If your payment was not successful, the order ticket will remain in our system as 'unpaid'. We do not act on unpaid order tickets since we can't request money from your account/s, it is sent to us by our payment partners or your bank when you pay them.

You do not need to contact us to cancel 'unpaid' orders as they are automatically cancelled by our systems after a specified time period (status will be 'cancelled' after that). They don't represent an outstanding liability to you for the reasons outlined above.

'Unpaid' order tickets should not deter you from trying to order from our shop again. Please feel free to retry as many times as you want. 'Unpaid' or 'cancelled' orders will never be charged to your account.

However, 'unpaid' orders often indicate a payment problems. Credit Card payments are handled by our third party payment partners (such as PayPal & Verifone (2Checkout)). Sometimes they decline your credit card. We have no way to change this but it does result in an 'unpaid' order that will not be processed by us.

If you want to order & pay for our products, please retry to order using a different payment method (if you want to pay with credit card, you can try PayPal as well - no need to create a PayPal account) or  use a different credit card.
