Deckadance is no longer available from Image-Line.
In May 2015 announced that Gibson (Stanton/Cakewalk) have acquired Image-Line's Deckadance DJ music application and rights. This means that Deckadance is no longer for sale from Image-Line. Read our news article about the sale of Deckadance

Deckadance history
Deckadance started way back in 1999 as FruityDJ:
As FruityLoops (later to become FL Studio) & FruityTracks demanded more of our attention, we tried to hand the project over to an offshore (Indian) development team, but unfortunately development stalled there. We underestimated our own abilities and developing audio applications was beyond any external developer we could find.
You can download FruityDJ (1mb) here. It still (more or less) works.
So when you see companies claiming to be pioneers of the software DJ market, check if they started before 1999!
