Purchased software remains available for re-download and re-registration at any time in the future from your 'My Account' page. Access your personal 'My Account' page by:

- Click the 'My Account' or 'Sign In' links on the page header at www.flstudio.com and www.image-line.com
- Use the direct link you received in your order confirmation support ticket (online) for direct access to your 'my account'
- Click here - My Account

Signing in

You will be asked for two pieces of information

Email address: Your SIGN IN email for your 'My Account' download page is the email address you used when purchasing your software. HOWEVER if your purchase email address is no longer active, access to 'My Account' is still possible. Just enter the old email address at the 'Email address:' field. Once you are logged in change your email address to a current one.

Password: Your PASSWORD was chosen by you, and is not reprinted anywhere for safety.

 

Can't remember what email or password you used?

 

In case you lost your email or password, please use the 'lost password' link to reset your password. This will send a login link to the email address used to create your account. If you are trying to remember an email address, try all those you think you may have used.

Personal created music projects or added samples / presets / 3rd party plugins

FL Studio does not make backups or saves personal created files outside of your computer. Personal files are backuped on your hard disc only.  If you like more security for files you added to the program yourself, please regularly make a backup to an external source (USB, CD-ROM, cloud service, ...)
