This means your order was accepted OK, and your payment was received OK. Most orders are processed automatically and instantly after that.

However we use 3rd party payment partners (as do all web shops) and we wait to hear back from them that the payment has been completed. This means they verify the transaction has happened their end. For some orders, due to different reasons, the system can put your order aside for manual verification. Our staff will review your order as soon as possible and either contact you for extra information or directly process your order.

Orders that need verification are reviewed Monday to Friday between 10AM and 6PM (10:00 and 18:00) European time. On weekends usually one processing round per day is done, so this can take longer.
