There is nothing wrong with your program registration.
You can still sign in to your 'my account' page and access your program installation and registration files on your 'my licenses' page.

Current status closed is a status of your support ticket.
It means that our support staff does not need answer or look to this support ticket anymore.

status closed is set when either the support request is answered OK.
or if the ticket isn't accessed for a specific time anymore (where we assume the issue is solved)
