Please note that we as Image-Line have no control about your Windows App Store account or purchases.
You need to directly contact the Microsoft Windows App Store support staff.

Some hints that may help you:

 

- Use the Original Windows App Store account. FL Studio Groove App will stay active on the Windows App Store account where you purchased the app. Please make sure you are using the exact same account as the one where you purchased the app.

- Your PC was recently updated, but wasn't restarted. If updates for Windows were recently installed, you'll need to restart your PC before you can install apps from the Store.

- Your preferences might be hiding apps. You can set preferences in the Store so it’s easier to find apps that use your preferred language or apps that include accessibility features. When these settings are turned on, apps that don’t meet your preferences are hidden when you browse or search the Store.
